Chess Master & Event Host

Ankit Jaiswal

Ankit is an IIT alumnus and works as a Software Systems Designer at AMD. He has been an integral part of Boardrama’s chess tournaments, designing them to be welcoming and engaging for everyone, from curious beginners to seasoned players. Ankit enjoys how chess brings out deep focus and thoughtful play with the quiet thrill of one mind outwitting another. At the same time, Ankit also loves the complete opposite kind of experience: the unpredictable, chaotic fun of social deduction games. He’s a master at games like Blood on the Clocktower and Secret Hitler, during which it's an impressive sight to see him use sheer logic to deduce the truth among a web of lies. Ankit finds board games to be a perfect mix of strategy, fun, and social connection, and enjoys being part of a growing community that shares this love.
Favourite games: BOTC, Dominion, Poetry for Neanderthals
