Code of Conduct

At Boardrama, we believe in inclusivity and acceptance of diversity. Any discrimination based on gender, caste, religion, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, age, language, disability, or any other factors is completely unacceptable. Guidelines are below:

  • Respect and Inclusion: Treat all participants, organizers, and volunteers with respect and kindness, regardless of their background, identity, or level of experience.
  • Fair Play: Play games in the spirit of fair play, without cheating or exploiting rules to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Communication: Communicate clearly and respectfully with other players, organizers, and volunteers, avoiding harassment, intimidation, or disruption.
  • Personal Property: Respect the property of others, including games, materials, and personal belongings.
  • Safety and Well-being: Prioritize your own safety and well-being, as well as that of others, and report any concerns or incidents to event hosts.

Each adult individual is responsible for their own behaviour and actions. In the case where any of these guidelines are not met, please inform the Boardrama team members with whom you are comfortable sharing any details. Any individual evidently found to be in breach of the code of conduct will be removed from the Boardrama community.
